    Do I need my own server?

    No. XPNSR Tracker is hosted: sign up, connect a tracking domain and start creating campaigns. No VPS, PHP or database to look after.

    If your data must stay on your own infrastructure, Enterprise installs the same tracker on your server with a licence key.

    Are clicks limited?

    No. Clicks are never metered or capped on any plan. Plans differ by team size, custom domains, history and automation.

    How does the trial work?

    Start and Pro come with a 7-day trial. You add a card at checkout and are charged only if you keep the plan after the trial. Cancel any time from Billing.

    Which traffic sources and networks work?

    Any network that sends an S2S postback. 176 traffic-source presets and 331 affiliate-network presets come with parameters and postbacks already filled in.

    Can I use my own tracking domains?

    Yes. Point a domain at the tracker and it is verified and served over HTTPS automatically. Domain pools rotate links across several domains.

    How does ad spend get into reports?

    Pass the cost in the click URL, add it manually, or connect ad accounts so spend is pulled in for you (Pro and up). ROI, EPC and profit are then calculated for every campaign, stream, GEO and creative.

    Can I move from another tracker?

    Yes. Campaigns, streams and filters map one to one in most cases. On Network and Enterprise we do the move for you; on other plans book a demo and we will walk you through it.

    What about GDPR and security?

    IP pseudonymisation, data export and erasure, a consent banner for your landing pages, two-factor sign-in, single sign on (Team and up) and a full audit log are built in.
