By accessing or using Xpnsr ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Xpnsr.
Xpnsr is an expense management platform that enables businesses to track, categorize, and manage employee spending in real time. The Service integrates with payment card networks via Astrada API to deliver transaction data without requiring new card issuance.
You must be at least 18 years old and represent a legally registered business entity to use Xpnsr. By using the Service, you warrant that you meet these requirements and have the authority to bind your organization to these Terms.
To use Xpnsr, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information including your business name, EIN, and a valid email address. You are responsible for:

Xpnsr offers subscription-based pricing. Fees are billed monthly or annually as selected at signup. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice.
All content, features, and functionality of the Service are owned by Xpnsr and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Xpnsr does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Xpnsr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States.
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
